Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any delivery fees charged.
Upon confirmation of our CSR, products must be sent back in the branch as advised in the original condition and packaging as much as possible. Delivery fee for product returns will be charged to us.
Replacements may be an option based on careful review and evaluation and will be delivered based on corresponding price adjustments with free delivery charges.
